My personal journey to getting in the best shape of my life (in my mid-thirties!!)

I grew up playing sport and exercise has, for the most part, always been a big part of who I am.

In my thirties, I started to train harder than ever, whilst eating well according to what I thought I knew about food, but I just couldn’t get into the shape that I truly wanted for myself. My energy levels were flat and motivation was becoming a massive problem for me with family, work stress and life commitments.

I got mentorship at a pivotal time in my life and this changed everything for me.

After that I dedicated myself to learning as much as possible about the human body and how I could bio-hack my own health to spend less time training, but get into the best physical and mental shape of my life, whilst looking and feeling younger.

I enrolled in an advanced Nutrition course and found numerous mentors to help me to achieve this goal, which I have now done and continue to do daily. I can safely say that I am now in the BEST shape of my life, whilst exercising less and eating more than ever.

My passion for nutrition, exercise and longevity has helped me realize that I now feel like it is my duty to pay this forward and help other dads who want the same for their lives.


Time is precious

I remember my father and grandfather with such fondness. They were both special souls with so much more to offer the world and I wish they had both been around for longer. I feel every son and daughter deserve to spend as much time with their dads as possible. Isn’t it time YOU took control of your health to make this possible for your kids? 

Life is too short to spend hours exercising and counting calories daily (which I used to do). Life should be enjoyed and spent with your loved ones.
